How do I place an order?
Ordering at authenticpride is easy. Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information.

Manual orders can also be processed based on email correspondences.
Minimum specified quantities mentioned on www.authenticpride.com website (depending on the nature of products) are compulsory to place an order.
No minimum order amount is required.
No registration is required to place an order.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Orders will be shipped from one week to four weeks (depending on the nature of the ordered items).
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies as listed on www.authenticpride.com.
We authenticpride.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any notification to the customer (s).
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. Send  us an email at care@authenticpride.com
How can I track my shipped Order?
An email is sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from theauthenticpride.com once your Order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
Why did I receive a partial Order?
In some instances, there could be an item in your Order that may have failed our Quality Check(QC), which is done prior to dispatch, and don’t have an alternate QC passed item.  In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.

In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you for any payments made towards that item.

How are the Pricing done?
All the product prices are based on FOB, Kathmandu.
The prices of the products can be changed without any prior notice.
Wholesale prices are based on the volume purchase of each item.

Do you provide Insurance?
We request our customers to be aware of possible risks against loss of goods, theft or even damage in transit period and such risks can be covered by insurance upon payment of small amount of approx 1% of invoice value. authenticpride.com will not be responsible for the claims if the order is not insured.
What are the Tax’s that i have to pay?
If the order is to be sent through AIR or LAND & SEA cargo, our invoice will be prepared including Cargo Agent's costs such as crating & packing, custom handling charges and tax clearance in Nepal. All the applicable taxes or duties in their county of destination are the responsibility of the customers.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
